Rockstar Vancouver has just released the first screenshots of their new title Max Payne 3.

         The game is set 12 years after the events of Max Payne 2 and as we have written before the game is expected to hit on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this winter.

         Namco Bandai today announced that Tekken 6 will be released on PS3 and Xbox 360 on October 27, 2009 in the US. There's currently no firm release date for Europe, but the publisher has stated it will follow shortly after the US debut. A PSP version will also be released this autumn.

         In the US a premium Tekken 6 fight stick bundle for Xbox 360 and PS3 will retail at $149.99 and include a copy of the game, a HORI wireless fight stick and a detailed art book. A pre-order promotion at GameStop is offering gamers a collectable Tekken 6 calendar and downloadable content designed by Penny Arcade.

         There's currently no word on weather the fight stick and pre-order bonus items will be available in Europe.

         That's right, Crytek Frankfurt is preparing a second part for Crysis trilogy and this news was announced by EA. "The development of Crysis 2 marks a major stepping stone for our studio," said Cevat Yerli, CEO and President of Crytek. He also added "This is not only the next game in the Crysis franchise, it's the first title we are developing for consoles and the first title being built on CryENGINE 3".

         EA did not specify a release date.

         There is a first look for the upcoming title NIER from the publisher Square Enix. The game is developed by Cavia and the players will have to play an "unyielding protagonist" who is looking for a cure for his daughter who is infected with the Black Scrawl virus.


         The game is expected to hit on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2010. There are no info about the PC version.

         It seems that Eurogamer has some scheenshots of the new PSP Go. We wait for Sony's response about the leaked images.

         Codemasters sends along a new gameplay video for Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising and some new screenshots.


         Based on an earlier news the game was expected to be released this summer but Codemasters pushed the release for autumn in order to balance the adjustments.

         We have a very interesting news for you about the Raven's upcoming title Wolfenstein. It seems that Activision dated it for the 4th of August throw the E3 press release.


         The game is expected on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

         The developers behind the recent Turok title are teaming up with Disney to create a new open world action-RPG based on the Pirates of the Caribbean license.

         Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned will take place before the events of the film series, according to IGN. Players will explore the world on both land and sea, and interact with various NPCs in determining their character's moral center.


         "We're committed to making conversations in the game entertaining," said director Alex Peters of the game. "We've created a script that takes advantage of an entirely new story set within the world of the Pirates of the Caribbean and wholeheartedly embraces the tone and humor players expect."

         Combat will be an actiony affair, while RPG mechanics will see the player leveling up over the course of the game. The ship-to-ship combat is said to be "vastly different than any other game," and economic systems are being considered.

         The game is in development for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. No release date yet.

         BioShock 2 is expected to ship on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and it's the sequel to 2007's hit BioShock from 2K Boston and 2K Australia.

         We first heard about Afrika several years ago, most noticeably at E3 2006, when an animal-filled trailer popped up amidst a sizzle reel during Sony's press conference. The trailer didn't have any gameplay to speak of -- just scenes of majestic animals grazing in a series of exotic African locales. The trailer was instantly a target of speculation, but U.S. gamers didn't hear much else about Afrika for quite some time. Much later on, more information was dispersed through the net that revealed the basic premise of Afrika's gameplay: taking photographs of African wildlife. But even though you can now find ample details about this PS3 exclusive online, U.S. gamers seem to remain in the dark about the Afrika experience. That's about to change.
